The filler is specially formulated to bond fully with aluminum and alloy wheels.It will never come off, even with vibration at high speeds.

Its density is the same as that of the wheel material, so it does not need dynamic balancing after repair.

1.Clean Wheel

Remove any rough edges or unevenness around the damaged area using the Sandpaper P180 and/or File.

Clean, then dry the damaged area.

2.Add Filler

Mix parts A and B of the Alloy Wheel Filler in equal amounts (1:1)with the File or other tool, then apply the mixture to fill the damaged area.

Remove any excess mixture from the surface of the wheel.

3.Sand Wheel

Sand the filled area with sandpaper P320.

If the surface is smooth enough, you can skip the sandpaper P320 and begin with sandpaper P1000 instead.

4.Paint Wheel

Shake the can of spray paint vigorously for about 30 seconds.

Hold the can approximately 7~8 inches from the surface to be sprayed.Press the nozzle and spray using a uniform hand motion.

Several thin coats applied at an interval of 3 minutes are better than one heavy coat.

Allow the wheel to dry for at least one hour before driving.

Some Little Details Don’t Paint the Brake Disk, Cover It! The repaired area may vary slightly in color The paint included in this kit is enough for two wheels, with enough filler for up to 4 wheels. There may also be slight differences in color between the new paint and your original paint.

Limited Remedy!

1.This product can repair curb damage, chips, scrapes, scratches etc., but can’t repair broken or out of shape wheels.

2.This is a professional product but is very easy to use. Simply follow the instructions. If you need help with basic polishing and painting skills, we recommend searching YouTube or other online resources before performing wheel repairs.

We have updated the formula for the filling material, and the new formula will have a longer solidification time than before. This provides a more relaxed operating time for repairing. We have also improved the filling process and corrected the previous problem of insufficient capacity. Starting from May 2023, all stores and online shops in the US market will sell the updated version.
