Economical concentrate can be diluted up to 20:1. To achieve optimum dilution, start by diluting 1 part concentrate with 20 parts water. Stoner Wheel and Tire Cleaner is formulated to produce a pH of 10.5 at a 20:1 dilution ratio. Test for desired pH, cleaning strength, and application conditions, then adjust with caution.
