GP Tire and Wheel Cleaner

GlassParency’s Tire and Wheel Cleaner will clean and renew tires that have aged and oxidized from sun and exposure to the elements over time. It’s a safe and effective cleaner that draws out browning from the rubber and restores tires back to their original appearance using an alkaline, acid-free formula.

Bring Your Tires Back to Life

Exposure to UV rays from the sun causes a chemical reaction in the rubber of your tires called “blooming” that results in that ugly brown discoloration. Another chemical reaction happens when you spray GP’s Tire and Wheel Cleaner onto your tires to reverse and remove the blooming

Spray, Brush, Rinse

The easy-to-use sprayable formula is sprayed onto the tire and sits to go through the chemical reaction that breaks down contaminants and draw out the blooming. Then just scrub it with a brush, rinse, and you’re done. Dry the tire and apply GlassParency’s Tire Dressing for a more finished look

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Apply

Wet the wheel/tire. Ensure that the surface is cool prior to use. Recommended 2:1 dilution for mild contamination, with increased/decreased dilution depending on contamination/soil level.

Distribute

Spray directly onto the tire and wheel. Penetrate oxidized parts of the tire and remove blooming and allow product to sit for 3-5 minutes.

Brush

Using a wheel/tire cleaning brush, agitate the tire to loosen contaminants.

Rinse

Rinse with high-pressure water.

Gently cleans tires and rims
Removes “blooming” – the browning on tires that occurs as a result of oxidation
Foam changes color from white to a dark red/brown as it removes tire contaminants
Can be diluted 2:1 for more delicate surfaces and to extend bottle life
